News from the Week

There was an interesting article from the Traverse City Business News on area properties to watch. To make Luke and his staff look even sharper than they are, there was also news of a new yacht club for larger boats on West Bay and (in the current issue of the Leelanau Enterprise) a report that one of the buildings listed, the Lake States Building, has been purchased. There was also a gorgeous pinhole camera photo of Lake Michigan in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and a maple tree delivered a statement on climate change.
The Week’s Weather

The week started with record highs, dipped into weather that we could call “winterlike” and then got warm again. I believe we have gotten southern Indiana’s weather by mistake.

January 5, 2007: Cloudy & upper 40s (48Ëš/39Ëš) Record High! (again)
