In addition to posts about the Leelanau Artists Market and the Sleeping Bear Dune Climb Concert, the week’s news included a report that the cherry harvest is just getting underway in Leelanau, a free well water testing day (next Monday) and the release of a CD benefiting the Leelanau Children’s Center.
The Week’s Weather
We had one of the best 4th of July weekends ever. It was perfect in every category except for Weather Service Forecast Accuracy. Seriously, who are these people and why do they hate the tourism industry? The rest of the weather was pretty darn great as well.
