Northern Lights likely tonight!

The NASA/NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center outlook for tonight says that Northern Lights are likely tonight in Leelanau. Dig into our Aurora Borealis tips for info on how to see them!

Heather took this back in October of 2015 at Otter Creek Beach in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. She writes: “The mild green glow along the horizon suddenly erupted into pillars of light, encouraging me to stay out when my underdressed toes said to go in ;) Beautiful night under the stars and the northern lights!”
