The Dunes Trail features steep, rugged terrain through the native grasses, shrubs and wildflowers of the dunes.This strenuous hike starts at the Dune Climb and ends at Lake Michigan. Round trip is 3.5 miles and may take 2-4 hours depending on the weather and your physical condition

Be sure to wear sun screen, take enough water, and wear (or at least take along) hiking shoes or sandals.
