Exposures is a collaborative project designed in 1988 to challenge Leelanau County students in grades 7-12 to express themselves through art and writing and provide a showcase for their work. Each year about 1,000 poems, stories, photographs, paintings, drawings, and sketches are submitted for review.
This year, the magazine is going virtual in the EXPOSURES 2020 Virtual Showcase & features the work of students from Glen Lake Community Schools, the Leelanau School, Leland Public School, Northport Public School, Pathfinder School, St. Mary’s School, and Suttons Bay Public Schools. It was created with help from Morgan Burke-Beyers of Mane Content & gives you a chance to meet some of the students and hear about their work and process.
