Glen Lake Boys Basketball in State Class C Championship!

Congratulations to Glen Lake Community Schools who defeated Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central and now play Saturday, March 24 @ 4:30 PM in the State Class C Championship game! The Traverse City Record-Eagle reports:

Glen Lake’s Reece Hazelton must have missed his coach’s pre-game memo.

Don’t just come out firing 3-pointers.

The Lakers’ sophomore connected on his first three 3-point attempts to score Glen Lake’s first nine points and seize momentum and a two-point lead.

Hazelton finished with five threes, teammate Xander Okerlund drained four and Cade Peterson made his only attempt to help the Lakers shoot by Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central 62-56 and advance to Saturday’s Class C championship game.
