Visit Taste the Local Difference is also online at www.LocalDifference.org for an online guide, recipes and other information about fresh, seasonal foods.

Thanks for the tip, Debra. The Enterprise says it’s FRIDAYS though! From their article on the new Northport farmers markets:

…The first Northport Farmers Market will be held Friday, June 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the lawn in front of the Depot next to the marina… The area around the Depot has plenty of room for vendor booths, according to Anderson. The cost for a one-time display is $10, or a vendor may purchase a seasonal fee of $90.

The market will be held each Friday morning, rain or shine, through Sept. 5. To sign up for a display area call (231) 386-5188.
