Leland Comets headed to Class D Soccer Championships!

In the Leelanau Enterprise, Brian Freiberger writes that for the first time since 2018, Leland boys soccer (15-8-2) will be competing for a state championship after the Comets defeated Grandville Calvin Christian yesterday! The Leland Comets Legacy shares a video of the victory celebration & notes that the MHSAA Class D Championship will be played at Grand Ledge HS on Saturday at 10 AM. The game can also be streamed online via the NFHS Network.

The photo was shared by Helmut Goral whose grandson is one of the apparently many Comet players with great hair!
