The Weather
Ken titled this Spruced up Fir the Holidays’ and says: (ouch, puns intended : ) this is a favorite road and scene that I seem to drive by more often that I realized . . . these November colors are quite the contrast to how it looked 2 years ago . . . I forgot that I had taken the wintery shot and am quite amazed at how close they line up in composition, being that it was unintended!
It’s 25 degrees under cloudy skies at 8:20 AM at Leelanau Coffee Roasting in Glen Arbor. The record high for a December 3 was 64 in 1962 with the low of 0 set in 1976. The forecast for today calls for 1-2″ of snow and temps in the low 30s. The weekend outlook calls for more snow and low 30s on Saturday and more snow and upper 20s on Sunday. Welcome to winter.
