On Wednesday, Traverse City St Francis topped Glen Lake 51-34 and on Friday night, the St. Marys Eagles became the last county girl’s basketball team standing with a hard-fought 57-51 victory over Leland (read Record-Eagle story). This was the second district title for St. Mary (17-5) and they advanced to the regional where they lost a hard-fought 69-55 game to Fairview. Congratulations on a great season, Lady Eagles!
