The Ski Jump at Sugar Loaf

Karl Bahle of Bahle’s in Suttons Bay shared this picture of the ski jump at Sugar Loaf which he thinks is from 1949. When I shared it a few years back in the Friends of Sugar Loaf group on Facebook, there was some debate about the location. While some said Devil’s Elbow, a few people I deem knowledgeable said that the jump was located north of Manitou in a location now covered by trees.
